To our partners in the gospel, family and friends,
In about a week we will be traveling to the States for the first time since moving to Thailand. We are excited to visit family, friends and supporters and intentionally rest as a family. During this time we are also seeking to raise finances for Ethan’s upcoming Discipleship Training School which will cost $6,500 USD.

In this newsletter we share lots of pictures from the recent ministry we’ve been doing hosting teams in Trang!
Year 3: Pioneering YWAM Trang
YWAM Trang is in year three of pioneering. With the foundations of our ministry laid, we are now establishing our essential ministries: Outreach Teams Ministry (OTM) and the Discipleship Training School (DTS).
These past few months we have received many more outreach teams. When we host teams, we engage in a variety of evangelism and compassion ministries throughout our city. The pictures below show our staff and these teams at local schools teaching English, presenting the Gospel in night markets, and building discipleship relationships with university students. We also take teams to visit churches and encourage Thai believers. We are beginning to see the first fruits of our initial two years!
There have been many new relationships started with Thais who are interested in learning more about Christ, including a few young women from the local university. Last week, during a time of evangelism at a market a few of our staff had the opportunity to share the gospel with the woman they were talking to and she gave her life to the Lord. Praise God!! Please join us in praying for her and the other Thais we are continuing to disciple.
Many on the outreach team have comitted to engage in missions beyond DTS because of what they have learned while with us. We take our teams through a four-part Missions Teaching and it was through this that God shared His heart for all people groups with them. Please pray for God to guide them into His will for their individual lives and for their continued obedience to His leading.
In September of this year we will run our first Discipleship Training School (DTS), a six month intensive course designed to know God and make Him known. We have been spending much of our time also focusing on preparing for DTS.
